Former Gov. Roger Wilson says he believes Claire McCaskill is the answer for Missouri's economy.
While standing with McCaskill in front of Hickman High School, her alma mater, Wilson said McCaskill has good vision.
McCaskill says her campaign will attack the issues not people.
McCaskill would welcome public debates as well.

Sticking with the promise McCaskill made on Monday that her campaign will attack only the issues.
Wilson says his endorsement is less about Gov. Holden and more about McCaskill.
McCaskill says she would like to have public debates with Gov. Holden.
And, McCaskill says she will emphasize growing businesses throughout the campaign.

Former Gov. Roger Wilson says that competition in the Democratic primary will be helpful to the Democratic party.
Although some argue that McCaskill's candidacy has created a damaging split for the party, Wilson says the competition is something the party needs.
Wilson says he believes McCaskill would attract some Republican votes as well.
