Governor Holden has formed a statewide Youth Cabinet.
This cabinet will be made up of twenty members between the ages of 17 and 21.
Holden's spokesperson Chris Kelly says the Governor encourages the thoughts of young people in the state.
The group will focus on issues that relate to youth.
