State-Funded Senior Prescription Program Starts Enrollment

It's time to sign up for prescription help for the state. Matt Flener has more from the state capitol.

Having trouble paying for your prescriptions?

You can now sign up for coverage from the Missouri Government.

Lt. Governor Joe Maxwell says the state is willing to pay up to 60 percent of your prescriptions.

Though the state is still working hard on crunching out a budget, it's going ahead with a prescription relief program for senior citizens.

The program will help those over 65 who don't have insurance or medicaid.
