The newly installed $16,000 Senate security door may be shipped back to South Africa pending a meeting next Tuesday.
The door has been criticized by legislatives leaders, including Senate President Pro Tem Peter Kinder, for causing problems for state workers.
According to Kinder, some employees have experienced panic attacks while trying to pass through the partially enclosed door and at least two people have been injured.
Kinder will meet with the Director of Facilities Management next week to solve the problem.
From the state Capitol, I'm Theresa Hatley.
