Not getting beat by the other team, but getting beat by a whip.
That's what a local sex convention wants to promote at the airport Howard Johnson hotel next weekend.
But one Missouri senator cracked his own whip by condeming the hotel chain for sponsoring such an event.
Sen. John Loudon of Balwinn says the convention is dangerous and unhealthy.
Loudon also called for the state health inspector to look into the safety of the event.
The hotel had no comment on the issue.
The Senate sent the resolution to a committee hearing and they will take action on Thursday.

The St. Louis airport Howard Johnson is playing host to a bondage and torture convention next weekend.
But Sen. John Loudon from Balwinn doesn't think the family-oriented hotel should carry the event. He says organizers of the convention need a few certain things to cleanup after the exhibition.
And that idea, he says, is not too healthy.
Loudon wants the state attorney general to test the legality of the convention.
He also says the state health department should regulate the sadomastochistic behavior.
The hotel declined to comment on the matter.
The resolution now heads to committee and possibly a final vote in the senate.

The "Beat me in St. Louis" sex torture convention gets a crack of the whip from the Missouri Legislature.

Sen. John Loudon is outraged that the St. Louis airport Howard Johnson hotel is scheduled to hold a bondage and torture convention next weekend.
He introduced a resolution Tuesday morning calling for the state health inspector to regulate the exhibition.
Loudon says the "Beat Me in St. Louis" seminar promotes violence to women and children and poses a health hazard.
Concerned Women for America joined Loudon in denouncing the event. They say that the consenting adults at the convention can still pose a public health problem.
The hotel would not comment on the matter.
So the resolution now moves to a committee for further review and a vote on Thursday.

That's what Bondage and Torture conventioneers are calling their event next weekend at Howard Johnson's St. Louis Airport hotel.
This has the Missouri Legislature in an uproar, specifically Ballwin Sen. John Loudon.
Loudon introduced a senate resolution Tuesday calling for an investigation into the exhibition.
He says the even is unhealthy and and unsafe.
Loudon wants the state health inspector to look into the safety of the event as well as other hotel guests.
He also says that the convention promotes more violent behavior.
A Senate committee will look at the resolution on Thursday and then further action could come from the actual chamber.
The hotel would not comment about the event.
