Missouri's Senate passed the House version of .08 with next to no resistance today/Wednesday. Aaron Cummins has more--
Only one Senator voted against the plan to lower the legal blood alcohol limit for drivers to .08.
Southwest Missouri Senator Morris Westfall handled the drunk driving bill.
He says he's feeling good about .08's chances.
Westfall says he expects the House to approve of most of the changes made to the bill in the Senate.
That would clear the way for .08 to be signed into law by the governor.

Decreasing the state's legal blood alcohol limit to .08 is closer to reality after the Senate overwhelmingly approved a House version of the bill. Aaron Cummins has more from Jefferson City--
The plan was approved with some changes from the original bill.
Senate sponsor Morris Westfall says he's happy about getting the proposal passed.
The bill will likely end up in conference committee where Senators and Represenatives will develop one plan to send to the Governor.
The biggest contention is an amendment that changes which judges review DWI cases... that proposal is likely to be cut to get House support.
