Antonio Richardson is sentenced to die on March seventh. Gino Battisti, Richardson's lawyer, cited a speech by governor Holden in which the governor said he wanted to help kids who have made poor choices.
Battisti will meet with Governor Holden and his staff tomorrow morning.
