A top Amnesty International official came to the Missouri capitol this morning to ask Governor Bob Holden to pardon convicted murderer, Stanley Lingar...but Holden was out of town. Michelle Wirth has more from Jefferson City.
Lingar is set to be executed at 12:01 Wednesday Morning.
Governor Holden's press secretary, Jerry Nachtigal, says that the Governor's legal team is reviewing claims made by Amnesty International.
