A bill in the Missouri House would make cloning illegal. Violators could face up to twenty years in prison. Representative Carl Bearden says that humans shouldn't play God when it comes to cloning.

Missouri Republicans want to make human cloning illegal in the state of Missouri. They introduced a bill banning human cloning. Minority Caucus Chairman, Blaine Luetkemyer, says that the scientific community should not be allowed to clone human-beings.
If the bill passes, violators could face up to twenty years in prison.
