No-shows, no answers, and no progress were themes of a Senate committe hearing on collective bargaining.

The no shows were the democrats on the committee who were absent for the second consecutive meeting.

The no answers came when senators repeatedly asked about the hot topic of the day, service fees.

Republican Senator John Russell chairs the committee and he made his concerns known about the possible application of service fees.

Talk back and forth between the committee and witnesses ended with a sense of little progress.

And with little progress and little representation from the Governor's office may come little change in the service fee details of Governor Holden's executive order
