There's still a wait to see if people will have to watch more closely to how much they drink before driving. Jenny Hoff has more from the State Capitol.
The House decided once again to send the proposed .08 bill back to the Senate.
The House doesn't agree with one of the Senate's amendments to the bill, which would eliminate traffic courts in St. Louis County.
Representative Craig Hosmer says the traffic courts are trained to deal with alcohol-related cases and the court system shouldn't be changed.
If the Senate doesn't remove its amendments, a committee will have to be set up in order to reach an agreement before this legislative session is over. From Jefferson City, this is Jenny Hoff...KMOX news.
