The Austrian based web site allowed US citizens to sell their vote to the highest bidder. Attorney General spokesman Scott Holste says hundreds of Missouri voters promised to sell their votes.
A hearing will be held later this month to determine whether the site will be shut down permanently. Wisconsin, Illinois, and Massachusetts have also taken legal action against vote-auction.com. From Jefferson City, I'm Michelle Wirth.

Holste adds that hundreds of Missouri residents registered to sell their votes. A hearing will be held later this month to determine the fate of vote-auction.com.
