Drunk Drivers Branded

If a St. Louis Area Representative gets her way, the cars of some drunk drivers will be branded for all to see. Tammara Porter has more of that story from Jefferson City.

St. Charles Representative Cindy Ostmann has presented a bill requiring repeat DWI offenders to have a Repeat Offender sticker on their car.

Ostmann says Missouri needs to send the message that it will not tolerate this crime anymore.
