St. Charles Representative Cindy Ostmann has presented a bill requiring repeat DWI offenders to have a Repeat Offender sticker on their car.
Ostmann says Missouri needs to send the message that it will not tolerate this crime anymore.

St. Charles Representative Cindy Ostmann has presented a bill requiring repeat drunk driving offenders to put a sticker on their license plate.
States like Minnesota and Ohio already have similar laws in action.
Ostmann says it's now Missouri's time to step up.
