The Joint Committee on Term Limits heard face-to-face testimony from Michigan's Speaker of the House on how term limits affected that state.
Missouri legislators were able to ask questions and interact with Chuck Perricone, and all of it cost only the price of a long-distance phone call.
Co-chair of the committee Representative Ted Farnen says the technology saves a lot of money.
