Jeri Leisure tried to see her husband executed, but she was denied enterence twice.
The first time she tried to enter the prison, she was arrested for driving with a suspended license and was taken to Washington County prison. An hour later, she posted bond and was released.
When she tried again to enter the prison, Jeri Leisure was denied enterence because she wasn't on David Leisures list of people he wanted to witness his execution.
David Leisure wanted his sister, a friend and his priest to see the excecution, and all three were there.
