The next census may cause a drastic change in current boundaries of U-S District 1 within the city of St. Louis. Kyle Elfrink has the story from Jefferson City.

A recent study says that nearly 30-thousand people have left St. Louis since 1990. After the 2000 U-S census, boundaries in the traditional democratic stronghold of U-S District 1, will be redrawn. But, state Democratic leader, Joe Carmichael isn't worried ...
