Four press conferences are being held this week across Missouri to bring attention to 'road rage.'

That's what happens when aggressive drivers, like speeders or tailgaiters, cause reckless and unnecessary accidents.

The Highway Patrol is calling on drivers to dial "Star-55" on their cell phones, if they see dangerous drivers.

Highway Patrol Sargent Tim Hull said an increase in traffic adds to the problem.

Hull said he wants an increased awareness of "Star-55" to make aggressive drivers think twice about their erratic behavior.
