A house bill would give family members of impaired drivers more power to keep the disabled member off the road.
Penny Brown is the Executive Director of the Mid-Missouri chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
She said everyone should be concerned about having incompetent drivers on the road.
The bill encourages physicians and family members to report an impaired driver without any legal responsibility.
