The Senate is considering the econmic development bill in today's, Tuesday, special session. The bill deals with fixing historic structures in the St. Louis area. Rebecca Sapakie has the story from the Capitol.
The economic development bill put before the senate provides tax credits allowing historic structures to be repaired.
North St. Louis County Senator Wayne Goode says the bill is important for the St. Louis area.
Although Senator Goode couldn't name any specific structures that would be refurbished. He did say that there were projects in the works that had to be stopped when the govenor vetoed the original bill.
