The Texas company is Enron. It presented it's plans to a group reviewing the possibility of competition in selling electricity to Missourians.
Bradley Lambert is a member of the group and represents commercial users:
The group is part of a broader state review into utility-service competition.
Although no current law requires deregulation, a federal bill is pending to require competition in the sale of electricity.
