THe next time you order a bottle of beer at your favorite restaurant or bar, the owner will know if that beer meets the state labeling law.
That's thanks to an agreement between the Liquor Patrol supervisor, Hope Whitehead and the House Appropriations Committee.
St. Louis County Representative, David Levin, said retailers have complained about a lack of communication with Liquor Patrol.
The Missouri Supreme Court will hear testimony about the constitutionality of the labeling law December eighteenth.
