A bill sponsored by Kansas City legislator Henry Rizzo would require HIV testing of convicted prostitutes and their "Johns."
Rod Petersen has the story from the state capital.
A bill being considered by both the House and Senate would require mandatory HIV tests for those arrested for prostitution.
The bill would require both the prostitutes and the "Johns" to be tested for HIV as a condition of their release from jail.
