The resolution to amend the Constitution to allow Missourians to carry concealed weapons died in the House Judiciary Committee. GOP members and some Democrats voted against it. The sponsor Wayne Crump charges Republicans on the committee killed the resolution to ensure the NRA would spend its money trying to defeat the governor--rather than trying to pass concealed carry.
