As Kimberly Lohman reports, both sides of the minimum wage debate are claiming victory.

The Cole County Circuit Court upheld the state's November ballot language that reads a minimum wage increase would cost the state 100 million dollars by the year 2000.

Opposition spokesman Mark Rhoads says the court's decision is a win for the campaign against a wage increase.

But advocates of an increase in the minimum wage also support the court's decision because the ballot no longer states revenue loss due to job loss would be significant.
