The Missouri legislature may be on the verge of joining the information superhighway. Kimberly Lohman from Jefferson City has the story.
In an effort to make the Missouri House more accessible to the public, House Speaker Steve Gaw announced the unveiling of a new Internet site.
The system would provide consumers with imminent access to information about legislation, hearings, and members.
Gaw also hopes to launch a pilot project to broadcast live House debate for classroom use. In the future, cable tv may add state legislature to their public access channels.
From the capitol, I'm Kimberly Lohman.
