A county circuit court decision forces Missouri's Secretary of State to reverse her position on term limits disclosure.
Kimberly Lohman reports from Jefferson City.
Under a proposed measure to change the state constitution, voters could decide this November whether future ballots should show which congressional candidates oppose term limits.
Secretary of State Bekki Cook initially rejected a petition saying not enough of the 150,000 signatures were valid.
But a recent recheck legitimized the petition, and the Cole County Circuit Court has now reversed Cook's position.
Secretary of State spokesman Jim Grebing says it's not unusual for recounts to result in an overturned decision.
Term limits supporters are looking for a similar reversal on a petition for state legislative candidates -- it was also rejected by Cook's office.
Reporting from the state capital, I'm Kimberly Lohman.
